RE: Individual Sales Meetings

 

I'm planning on trying to catch most of you on Friday.  Depending on our schedules, Monday at the latest.  I don't want to go any farther than Monday.

 

I'm figuring each meeting at around 30 minutes.

 

Let me know (tomorrow morning) if Friday (or Monday) would work better for you – and we'll set a time. 

 

Here's the agenda:

- questions / comments / concerns from meeting

 

- review of 2nd half projections

 

- discussion of what "lead generation" methods you want to use

- Before the meeting, review the list of 21 suggested methods from the sales meeting handout and let me know what method(s) you plan to use.  I want you to be

  comfortable with the methods utilized. I'm open to other methods that aren't on the list also.

 

- review the CONTACT LOG and mutually set # of contacts to make for the last 4 months (monthly target totals)

                - Contacts include calls, e-mails or notes/letters to past clients, past prospects and new contacts (that come from lead generation activities)

 

(trying to get completed by Friday!....)

- Sales procedures review (standardized work and information flow within the department and how we work with the other departments)

                - This won't be final until I get your input on this! I want it clear and concise enough that a new sales person could in tomorrow and know what is expected of them

              and how to function here at ODI, as a Sales Person!

 

I like what ORBUS calls their acct reps – Business Development Executive! Whether developing additional business with existing clients or getting new clients – this is what it's all about!
