DISMANTLE AND MOVE-OUT INFORMATION Freeman will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed from the exhibit floor. The entire process may take up to 8 hours. EAC labor is not permitted on the show floor until 1:30 PM and must be properly badged. EAC gang boxes and ladders are NOT permitted on the Show floor until 2:30 PM to allow Freeman time to pull the aisle carpet. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 3:00 PM. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline please have all carriers check-in by Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 10:00 AM.
